2022 Re-Launch
It has been a while since I have done anything in this space. This is largely because I have been pretty busy with my professional career and have not had free time to work on this website. However, I have not been neglecting photography in the slightest. I have actually been able to integrate my profession with my photography and produced some rather exciting work. Furthermore, I have been more committed to Instagram than ever.
Do I have plans moving forward, what is going to change? For starters, I am going to bring the blog back. the goal is to put out blog posts twice a month on the 1st and 15th. I never had that many blog posts, but it goes without saying that I have also pruned the back catalog quite a bit. Some of those old blogs will get recompiled and reposted, but I am generally trying to steer the blog more towards lifestyle content than what it had been which was much more instructional and advice oriented. Additionally, I am going to be updating my selected photography more than I have in the past, generally on a monthly basis. I have a couple new cameras that afford me the ability to get different kinds of shots than I had before which are going to be pretty exciting if I do say so myself. Furthermore, as you can see, I have added a new section to my website and might be adding another very soon.
With all of these changes coming, what is not going to change? Number 1, all of the photography on here will only be shot by myself. I will continue to shoot on both digital and film, though my film photography will be increasingly specialized owing to a new piece of gear I have acquired and the new capabilities it gives me. I am also not going to be changing the look/feel of the website tremendously if at all. I believe this space has a very nice sort of timeless style to it and I am going to keep it that way.
In short, I am back to putting up work on this website. My goal is to give you the reader more interesting content while keeping much of what I like about this website in the first place. I look forward to all that lays before us and can’t wait to share it all with you.
